About the Position

The Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative plays a vital role in our organization, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for providers who have questions or concerns about benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits (EOB), and behavioral health. As a representative, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries through phone calls or reputed company chat, providing timely and effective resolutions to issues, and advocating for providers in a multi-channel environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the reputed company for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership in resolving issues, ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience, demonstrating a reputed company in basic skills and knowledge.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications, with a strong reputed company in technical skills.
  • Ability to type at a speed of greater than or equal to 35-40+ WPM with an accuracy of 90%, demonstrating strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work any full-time (40 hours/week), 8-hour shift between the hours of 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST from Monday - Friday, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
