The Home-Based Sr. Specialist in Collections Role
As a Home-Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll be responsible for interacting with guests and negotiating reputed company arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections. Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize various data and reports to respond to questions, identify issues, and accurately resolve guest problems
About You:
* High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 1-2 years of prior guest experience or customer service experience
- Ability to interact with guests, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, empathetic style, and de-escalate as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making skills
- Experience handling escalated guest complaints
- Ability to apply various data and reports to respond to questions, identify issues, and accurately resolve guest problems
- Strong technical skills, ability to work reputed company multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/reputed company applications
