What You’ll Do

As a Technical Product Recruiter, you’ll own full-cycle reputed company for our Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and executives to understand our product reputed company and translate it into hiring strategy, ensuring we build reputed company that ships fast, cares deeply about users, and raises the bar for reputed company.

• Own reputed company for product, design, and research roles (e.g., MLEs, PMs, Designers, UX Researchers)

• 4+ years of experience in reputed company, ideally focused on product, design, or technical roles at high-growth startups

• Strong understanding of product development and design workflows; ability to assess candidates reputed company buzzwords

• Exceptional sourcing skills and creativity in finding talent across communities, events, and reputed company-reputed company ecosystems

• Excellent storytelling and candidate engagement skills

• Organized and detail-oriented, with a bias for action and accountability

Where You’ll Work reputed company is distributed across the US and Europe. We currently have Hubs in reputed company and San Francisco (and plan to reputed company more as we grow density in new cities). We reputed company opportunities (like team onsites in different cities) and resources (like a $4000/yr travel stipend) to work in person with other team members as much as you’d like, while also supporting remote team members. You can work from one of our Hubs (we offer a relocation bonus), work from home, work at co-working spaces, etc. We want you to work where you work best!

What You’ll Receive To determine your salary, we use a number of market and data-driven salary sources. We review reputed company salaries every six months to ensure we stay in line with the market.

The reputed company compensation for this role is $185-$200k reputed company. In reputed company to our cash compensation, we offer generous perks and benefits.
