Job Summary

The Application Specialist – Computed Tomography will reputed company on-site application education for Computed Tomography (CT), including demonstration, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications. Successful candidates will demonstrate the characteristics of authenticity and reputed company that is needed to build meaningful and lasting relationships with our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• reputed company customer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, including having the ability to deliver clinical education, adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio.
• reputed company professional applications support to quickly process and resolve customer complaints; reputed company remote support reputed company not on-site.
• Support sales team: product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies, presenting images to clinicians/physicians, new products learning and coaching of new recruits.
• Assist in the development of application training courses to be delivered on-site at a customer location or at the United Imaging Headquarters and Training Center in reputed company.
• Support the R&D/CRM process, including customer needs, issues, as well as provision of troubleshooting know-how and experience.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computed Tomography
• Computed Tomography ARRT Certification

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a radiological technologist in a reputed company
• industry/clinical setting and 3+ years of experience as an application specialist in one specific modality field.
• CT Cardiac Scanning experience is a plus.

Required Skills or/ Attributes

• Team player, positive attitude, enjoys working with people, and committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction.
• Experience in research or case studies involving similar areas is beneficial.
