Position Summary The Senior Customer Service Representative responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls across reputed company product lines, with a particular emphasis on FairCost. Duties include investigating and resolving inquiries and issues for members, clients, and providers.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in roles that demand high reputed company of multitasking and consecutive listening skills.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• 3-5 years of a reputed company background experience
• 3-5 Production driven environment
• Must be tech-savvy: Demonstrated ability to effectively use and adapt to various technologies and software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with products, FH, Cofinity and ASA is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of reputed company

Education

• High School diploma or GED required.
