Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Specialist - Marketplace to join reputed company. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our customers reputed company email, phone, and other channels. You will act as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company inquiries and issues reputed company to our Internet Marketplace Customer Service, working closely with our Processing Department team to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Management on escalated customer and product issues, identifying trends and communicating them in measurable terms to ensure reputed company improvement.

  • Document a complete summary of customer inquiries, actions taken, and expectations set forth on the respective order.

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail background, with call center experience a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to reputed company details to customers in a professional and reputed company manner.
  • Computer literate, with the ability to navigate through programs and reputed company.
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills, with the ability to multi-task (e.g., talk on the phone and type notes at the same time).

  • Ability to meet minimum required interactions of 80+ per day.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with regular job attendance required in accordance with a regular schedule established for the position by the supervisor.

Internet Connectivity Guidelines

  • Wi-Fi, firewall, and ALG must be disabled from the dedicated business class internet reputed company.
