This role is part of the Payments reputed company Strategy team at blithequark Credit Union. The position is responsible for daily functions reputed company to reputed company processing, item processing, direct bills, and fund transfers at blithequark Credit Union. Key Responsibilities

• Complete data entry and balancing functions
• Coordinate return items with members, doors vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company reputed company standard ledger balancing
• Work member cases/sports assigned
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, report, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
• Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information
• Communicate with the vendor to process fund transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws
• Deposit reputed company returns, research member back checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED, as well as intermediate reputed company and Word skills. You should be reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team.
