About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, problem-solving, and assisting customers with their orders and accounts. You will be working with our Cornerstone Brands, which include Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offer additional products on each customer interaction to enhance the shopping experience
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issues, personalizing the experience for each caller
  • Process transactions, including confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders
  • Analyze account data to resolve customer inquiries and reputed company solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working in a virtual setting, with a set schedule and structured day. Additionally, you should be reputed company to:

Essential Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting reputed company of $15.00 per hour, with additional pay for evening and weekend shifts. To work from home as a Customer Service Representative, you will need to meet the following system requirements:
