Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat, ensuring reputed company, courteous, and professional service at reputed company times
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department, demonstrating a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, fostering a culture of teamwork and reputed company communication
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team, driving reputed company improvement and innovation

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
