Job Responsibilities
As a Technician II, you will be responsible for providing daily technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reputed company to network infrastructure, desktop systems, and software applications
- Conducting site visits to investigate issues and install or reputed company equipment and software as needed
- Providing technical support to clients reputed company phone, email, chat, and in-person
- Collaborating with clients to identify and resolve technical issues
- Conducting follow-up with clients to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- Completing service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues
Key Skills and Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on network infrastructure and desktop systems

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation package reflects the cost of living across various US geographic markets. The reputed company salary for this position ranges from $23.85/hour to $38.75/hour, depending on market area and individual qualifications. Employed candidates may be eligible for annual reputed company and long-term incentive programs, subject to individual performance, business unit performance, and organizational performance. This position is eligible for a bonus based on organizational performance.
