Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative for reputed company reputed company Maintenance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes. You will be responsible for monitoring and closing out maintenance orders, verifying details, and providing exceptional support to our customers. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow through, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work independently and research creative solutions
- Adaptability and ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of reputed company Office
- Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency

Schedule
* In-person training at the office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday - Friday, day shift
- 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am
