Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Customer Experience Associate to join our Member Experience Team. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in conducting high-volume reputed company to new and existing members, driving increased enrollment and program completion rates, and delivering exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Associate at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Actively conducting reputed company reputed company phone, text, and email on a daily reputed company to engage with new and existing members
• Successfully completing over 100 outbound calls per day to drive enrollment and program completion rates
• Enrolling at least 25% of reputed company connected leads into our programs
• Ensuring that at least 25% of reputed company connected members take a class reputed company one week of engagement reputed company
• Maintaining a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as an inside sales representative, call center customer service representative, or health coach
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to empathize with and actively listen to our members
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and customer service software (we use Insightly CRM and reputed company)
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of work while maintaining quality interactions
• Critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly and proficiently understand and reputed company new information and apply previous experiences in new contexts

Compensation and Benefits
