Essential Qualifications

  • Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM) and the ability to type by memory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/registration by the state, as conferred by the State Board for Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and the ability to type by memory.
