Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative in our Work from Home program, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their reputed company experience. You'll work with a variety of clients and call types, including reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific client programs.
