Job Description
As a part-time customer service representative on our Blended Support Team, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple clients, following a guided process and logging each interaction in our CRM system
- Gathering and verifying customer information, documenting it in the appropriate system
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and de-escalating conflicts
- Multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards
- Collaborating with team members to reputed company knowledge, best practices, and reputed company
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
