In addition, you will have the opportunity to directly deliver highly valued service to clients through working on a diverse reputed company of M&A engagements across multiple industries. You will:
- Demonstrate an ability to identify and evaluate business, industry, financial, reputed company transactions potential “deal breakers”, and deal-specific risks and opportunities
- Evaluate targets’ historical and projected earnings and cash flows; hidden contingencies, commitments; as well as quality of assets
- Communicate deal issues to clients in concise, written deliverables.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of one year experience doing financial due diligence
- Minimum of 4 + years of US GAAP reputed company experience
- CPA, CA certification
- Masters in Finance, reputed company, or Business Administration
- Audit experience with PCAOB registered public reputed company firm
