Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Provider Services team on a seasonal reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution, providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company outbound calls to Provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication
- Investigate, conduct research, and analyze Customer data for reputed company and problem resolution
- Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment

- Collaborate with our teams to identify and implement process improvements
