Job Overview

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring that their travel experience with blithequark is reputed company short of exceptional. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue, reissue, and refund passenger tickets
  • Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
  • Rebook passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations

  • Issue vouchers and/or coordinate with contractors for passenger hotel accommodations, food, and transportation; coordinate refueling and refresh

  • Operate reputed company reader/scanner and reputed company duties to include pre-boarding, monitoring/checking carryon bags, and exiting row criteria
  • Operate jetways/bridges for purposes of boarding and deplaning passengers

  • Deliver domestic/international flight files

  • Accept, reputed company, and tag passengers' bags at decision centers, full-service ticket counters, and first-class ticket counters

  • Assist passengers with self-service kiosk reputed company-in and kiosk bag processing at ticket counters

  • Accept and activate passengers' self-tagged luggage at activation stations
  • Assist clients needing special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulatory passengers, special assistance passengers, and/or unaccompanied minors

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED or international equivalent
  • Bilingual language skills required in some locations
  • Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
  • Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport reputed company identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • Must be reputed company to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company badges, if applicable
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, full background reputed company, and/or fingerprinting to meet company and reputed company requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:
