Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls professionally, accurately, timely, and courteously, providing exceptional support to our members reputed company
  • Determining the nature of calls and logging information in the Communication Log to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
  • Accessing member information using proprietary systems to assist callers and reputed company comprehensive information about their membership
  • Forwarding inquiries requiring further research to the appropriate department, ensuring that our members receive timely and accurate responses
  • Transferring calls to specialized queues for reputed company issues, such as claims and authorizations, to ensure that our members receive the support they need
  • Utilizing available resources to reputed company timely responses, managing time effectively to ensure calls are answered promptly and follow-reputed company are completed in a timely manner
  • Meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities for the Customer Service Representative role, including documenting reputed company calls appropriately and attending weekly staff meetings to discuss issues and promote teamwork

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience, with inbound call center experience preferred

  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members, colleagues, and stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

As a full-time regular employee at blithequark, you can expect:
