About the Role: Hybrid Customer Care Professional

As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class customer service to our Corporate and Small Business Card Members. Your primary responsibility will be to service inbound calls, consult with customers to understand their needs, and recommend the right blithequark benefits or services. You will be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional customer care and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service inbound calls while consulting Corporate and Small Business Card Members to learn about their needs and recommend the right blithequark benefits or services.

• Continuously improve on building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and providing world-class customer service.
