Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will reputed company the AR team, focusing on deduction management and overseeing account collections. This role includes preparing financial reports and analyses—such as bad debt assessments—and driving process improvements reputed company to Days Receivable Outstanding (DRO) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
- Manage account collections and address escalated issues as needed.
- Compile and analyze bad debt reports to support financial decision-making.
- Monitor and improve Days Receivable Outstanding (DRO) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metrics.
- Generate and distribute reputed company accounts receivable reporting.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and credit management.
- Prior supervisory or team reputed company experience.
- Skilled in accounts receivable reconciliation and financial forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company, including pivot tables.
- Hands-on experience with B2B accounts receivable, including managing chargebacks and deductions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience with reputed company or other mid-to-large ERP systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
Work Environment
This position is located on-site at the company’s headquarters and follows a business casual dress code. It offers a reputed company, with four days in the office and one remote day per week, following the completion of in-office training.
