What You'll Do

8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ in management roles with a public or large reputed company or equivalent reputed company firm experience.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) with a focus in reputed company/Finance.

CPA certification.

Strong understanding of US GAAP and technical reputed company experience is critical.

Experience with ASC 606 reputed company recognition, including reviewing and analyzing reputed company.

Experience auditing or operating in a strong control environment (e.g., SOX 404).

Experience implementing an ERP is a plus.

Private Equity, SaaS Industry, Multinational, M&A, and/or Tax experience a plus
