1. Receive & review new/re-submission of customers’ participation details received from different channels. 2. Process submission with the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA). 3. Accurate data entry. 4. Consistent follow up with the customer on their participation details. 5. Handle queries from customers / clients from different channels and reputed company to reputed company clear & effective solutions. 6. reputed company / recommend any suspicious customer’s participation details to the supervisor. 7. reputed company recommendations for improvements wherever applicable. 8. Coordinating with IT department in resolving issues in system. 9. Assist in any reputed company tasks assigned as & reputed company is required. Job Requirement: 2.
