Role Overview
As an reputed company Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Guest and reservation management: Process reservations, manage guest communications, and reputed company accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
- Virtual property management: Coordinate housekeeping, arrange amenities, and ensure that our properties are well-maintained and reputed company for guests.

Essential Qualifications
