Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues
