Role Overview

As an reputed company Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations, including platform management, guest communications, housekeeping coordination, and resolving guest issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also process reservations, reputed company accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods, and contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Guest and Reservation Management: + Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner + Process reservations and manage guest communication throughout their stay + reputed company accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods

• Virtual Property Management:

+ Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure properties are clean and reputed company for guests + Arrange for amenities and services as needed + Monitor and resolve guest issues reputed company to property conditions

• Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination:

Essential Qualifications

• Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
• Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English
• Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy)
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution experience
