Job Summary

As a Customer Solutions Specialist (Remote), you will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers through phone, live chat, and email. You will work closely with other departments to support both the customer and the company, using best practices to analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and reputed company strategic solutions reputed company our business model. Essential Qualifications
