Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime as required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies quickly.
  • A dedicated workspace at home that meets blithequark's WFH standards, including verified internet service, a direct LAN reputed company, and a quiet, distraction-free area.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience working in a sales or customer service environment, with a focus on technology or communications products and services.
