Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing and researching incoming reputed company claim calls from providers, navigating multiple computer systems and platforms, and verifying the necessary data and information for processing. You will also communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues, using clear and simple language to ensure understanding. Your performance will be reputed company in areas such as efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance.

Responsibilities

* Review and research incoming reputed company claim calls from providers, navigating multiple computer systems and platforms, and verifying the necessary data and information for processing (e.g., pricing, prior authorizations, applicable benefits)

  • Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
  • Communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues, using clear and simple language to ensure understanding
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance
  • Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* High School Diploma / GED

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Working knowledge with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
  • Ability to work from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm CST, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime as the business need

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a reputed company environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools

  • Health care experience

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly reputed company: $16.54 - $32.55 per hour (Colorado Residents Only)
