Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and registering customers. This is a hybrid remote position, with the opportunity to work from home every other week. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Answering phones (incoming and outgoing calls) in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling appointments for our customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and professional manner
- Registering customers and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (4-hour shift)
- Call center experience preferred, but not required
- Customer service experience required (1 year minimum)
- Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment, with a reliable internet reputed company and a dedicated workspace at home
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications
- Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management

* 1 year of experience in a call center environment
