Responsibilities:
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with callers through an automated dialer, with the potential to reputed company to 40-50 individuals per day
- Multitasking while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company to ensure seamless communication
- Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
- Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
- Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position
- Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
- Assisting with other projects as needed
- Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues

Hours of Operation:
Our full-time schedule is 40 hours per week, with the following hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
