Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our call center operations, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our reputed company clients, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues in a polite, methodical, and empathetic manner. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering calls, listening to customer concerns, and addressing these concerns in a polite, methodical, and empathetic manner
  • Resolving customer issues and answering questions about insurance, products, or services
  • Scheduling appointments and gathering information from patients and providers
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Keeping records of reputed company conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Adapting your attitude and conversation to different personality types
  • Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active listening skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • A patient and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to explain reputed company information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type notes into our system while talking on the phone
  • A reliable internet reputed company and a Personal Computer with reputed company 10/11 and at least 8 GB of memory

Preferred Qualifications
