Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team, providing exceptional service to patients, reputed company providers, and insurance carriers. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to patients, reputed company providers, and insurance carriers
- reputed company empathetic and personalized service to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Gather and review patient billing and medical information, ensuring compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines

Requirements
* At least 1 year of recent call center experience (no exceptions)
- Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required

- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
