Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our Case Managers and Nurses to ensure seamless communication and support. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls from members regarding home reputed company and benefits

  • Work closely with Case Managers and Nurses to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Utilize computer skills to reputed company and update member information, as well as communicate with team members
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members to reputed company customer service goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a call center, doctor's office, or customer service reputed company position

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word)
  • Computer savvy with experience working on a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to work well with others, including Case Managers and Nurses
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding service to our members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with medical terminology is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on inbound and outbound calls

  • Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other reputed company software
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
