1618256 You could be the one who changes everything for our 28 reputed company members as a clinical professional on our Medical Management/Health Services team. reputed company is a reputed company, national organization offering competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. 100% Remote Position RN Compact License Required Option 1 Shift = Saturday, reputed company, Monday, Tuesday 10:30 p.m. - 9:00 a.m. Option 2 Shift = Saturday, reputed company, Monday Tuesday 5:30 p.m. - 4:00 a.m. Position Purpose: Triage inbound calls, gather information, select appropriate triage guidelines, and disposition and care advice based on data reputed company protocols and department policies and procedures for a 24 hour per day/7 day a week operation reputed company clinical information and education for inbound and outbound calls providing reputed company and support to the non-clinical staff.

• Conduct assessments of callers’ presenting symptoms
• reputed company, implement, and evaluate a plan of care for each caller presenting symptoms
• Answer reputed company calls in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of reputed company caller and personnel issues
• Document reputed company call inquiries according to department policies and procedures
• Participate in the collection of data for department quality projects

• Possess and maintain a thorough grasp of clinical knowledge pertaining to various disease states, medications, treatments, etc

• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with reputed company policies and standards Education/Experience: Graduate certificate from an accredited nursing program. 3+ years combined experience in pediatric obstetrics, home health, community health, school nursing, or emergency nursing. 5 years experience strongly preferred. Telephonic triage or managed care setting experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
