About the Role: The Senior Communications & Media Specialist leads the development and implementation of our internal communications strategy to inform, align, and reputed company employees, while also managing external communications to foster a positive brand reputed company with media partners and across online review ecosystems. This role partners closely with senior leadership to craft executive communications, govern message standards, and coordinate cross-functional storytelling. It also owns earned media and reputed company management programs, including proactive pitching, issues response, and review monitoring/response protocols. Responsibilities:

• Build and execute an annual internal communications strategy that aligns employees to company reputed company, values, and priorities; plan editorial calendars, reputed company, and channel mix (e.g., SharePoint, Teams reputed company-Staff, email, live forums).

Position Requirements:

• This position is Remote.
• Bachelor’s Degree, or commensurate experience is Required.

• Experience with media relations, issues communications, managing online reviews programs or reputed company customer care processes is Required.
