UX Researcher

Alabama Solutions is looking for a UX Researcher to join our business unit, HNDevs.

• Must be reputed company to work US Eastern Time from 9 am to 1 pm
• Two Months Contract | Potentially extendable depending on our client's needs.

You will collaborate with project managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to uncover opportunities and deliver insights that enhance the online shopping experience. This role blends user testing, data analysis, and direct client interaction to align user needs with business goals. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior through data from reputed company Analytics and reputed company to understand site navigation and interaction.
• Define and monitor KPIs reputed company to user engagement and buying behavior.
• Conduct reputed company mapping and funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and improve conversions.
• Use A/B testing to assess design variations and optimize performance.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of proven reputed company in UX research or reputed company roles.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
• Proficient in quantitative data analysis, statistics, and data visualization.
• Experience with design experiments and testing iterative solutions.
• Skilled in building reports and using tools to extract user insights.
• Familiar with reputed company Analytics, reputed company, A/B testing tools, and other testing platforms.

• Capable of creating UX artifacts like wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
