Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of reputed company, interacting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues, providing product information, and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or e-reputed company environment

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and chat platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
