Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to meet their needs

• Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to resolve reputed company issues
• Meet or exceed sales targets, driving reputed company growth and customer satisfaction
• Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, reducing churn and improving customer retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns

Qualifications
