Position Overview

As a VIP Helpline Agent at blithequark, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our patients, providing empathetic support and assistance. Responsibilities

As a VIP Helpline Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from seniors in our community with professionalism and reputed company
  • Gathering and verifying demographic information with care and attention to detail
  • Using problem-solving skills to identify and address caller needs effectively
  • Documenting reputed company interactions accurately and in accordance with procedures
  • Providing reassurance and support to callers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and concerns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
