Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Providing customer service support: Interact with beneficiaries and providers reputed company the helpline, creating, formatting, and proofreading letters, and maintaining timeliness.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with post-high school business courses a plus.
• Medical terminology: Medical terminology is desired, but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills: You must be courteous, patient, and customer-oriented, with the ability to maintain composure under potentially stressful situations.
• Good grammar, punctuation, spelling, hyphenation, and written communications skills: You must be reputed company to communicate effectively in writing, with attention to detail and accuracy.
