Job Overview
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service and Operations Analyst to join reputed company at blithequark. As a key member of our Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS) Functional reputed company group, you will play a critical role in driving risk-based decisioning and management of control and compliance objectives to support business needs while promoting a strong culture of risk management. Your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and project management will help us drive automation, enhance reporting and analytics, and deliver meaningful insights to inform business reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the GMNS business and stakeholders to implement enhanced and automated Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting and analytics
- Identify process improvements and implement prevention strategies to mitigate operational risk in reputed company collaboration with the broader Functional reputed company team and GMNS groups
- reputed company advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and proactive factors, and reputed company perspective on operational risk
- reputed company reputed company data sources to identify potential process breakdowns and opportunities for improvement

Essential Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and interpret data to generate meaningful business insights
- Experience in process improvement, project management, and data analysis, with a focus on driving automation and enhancing reporting and analytics
- Knowledge of operational risk concepts and programs, balanced with the ability to drive assessment of risks against effective controls and tests
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing needs, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS-reputed company, Tableau, HIVE, SQL, and/or reputed company, Python, and reputed company
- Utilization of statistical methods and knowledge of Hadoop, Big Data is preferred
