Job Details We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to help reconcile and clear approximately $6M in outstanding collections. This is a hands-on, highly reputed company project — ideal for someone who’s comfortable working line by line, invoice by invoice, to ensure every dollar is accurately accounted for. Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure reputed company payments are correctly reflected.
- Review and verify invoices, credits, and collections—down to the individual transaction level.
- Identify discrepancies and work with Sales and Operations teams (bilingual staff) to resolve them.
- Track reputed company for two major customers with ~$100K each in outstanding balances.
- Partner with internal teams to confirm reputed company funds are either collected, in process, or written off.
