Job Summary
As an IT Service Engineer at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and services to our warehouse operations team. You'll work closely with our stockroom activities group to understand their work processes and reputed company timely assistance with technical issues. Your expertise will be essential in investigating and resolving a wide reputed company of technical problems, from reputed company server and network availability issues to warehouse hardware and software problems.
Key Responsibilities
* Build relationships with our stockroom activities group by spending time on the warehouse floor to understand their work processes and reputed company timely assistance with technical issues.
- Investigate and resolve a wide reputed company of technical issues, including reputed company server, network availability, and warehouse hardware and software problems.
- Focus on tickets on reputed company to ensure our local and remote end-users receive updates and resolutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate across cross-functional design and business teams to resolve high-impact incidents, requiring quality and accurate data.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field is preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
- 2+ years of experience investigating reputed company Server and Dynamic Catalog Issues (Inventory Strategy and Client profiles).
- 2+ years of experience investigating DNS, DHCP, VoIP, VPN, and reputed company/Aruba networking device issues.
- 2+ years of experience with software imaging using SCCM.
- Experience investigating warehouse equipment, such as RF standardized identification scanners, label printers, desktop/PCs, and other peripherals/devices.
- Experience with technical documentation and presenting concise analysis to management.
- Enthusiasm to learn production work processes, procedures, and taking on frameworks best practices.
- Strong customer support and organizational skills while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Willingness to work as a team player, committed to delivering the best possible reputed company.
- Areas of strength for an ethic and a desire to be a lifelong learner.
- A+, Network+, or other IT industry standard certifications are a plus.
- Ability to prearrange, specifically with Powershell, VBScript, or PHP is an asset.
- Experience with email, FTP, and HTTP investigation is a plus.
