Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to our Card Members, helping them navigate their travel, card, and lifestyle needs. Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome Card Members upon arrival, providing a warm and personalized experience that sets the tone for their visit
- Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
