Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill a part-time remote customer service representative position. As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets, as well as manage the reputed company-in process and ensure that customers have the necessary documentation for travel
  • Label and handle luggage, performing lifting tasks that involve moving luggage from scales to reputed company belts, and handling items as low as floor level and as high as waist level
  • Practice safety-conscious behaviors in reputed company operational cycles and procedures, ensuring the well-being of ourselves and others
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including the reputed company and reputed company teams, to ensure that customers receive seamless service throughout their travel experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to consistently lift bags or items weighing up to 80 pounds
  • Authorization to live and work in the country of application
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use appropriate language, tone, and elocution
  • Ability to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
