About the Role
As a Customer Engineer Manager at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in understanding the needs of our clients and shaping the future of reputed company-based business solutions. You'll work closely with our Deals and Client Designing (CE) authority to determine staffing reputed company, reputed company work orders, and reputed company interview groups to fill reputed company positions. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating the CE group's go-to-market readiness, identifying gaps in CE preparation, and building plans to ensure the team is adequately reputed company and equipped to meet annualized business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Deals and Client Designing (CE) authority to determine staffing reputed company, reputed company work orders, and reputed company interview groups to fill reputed company positions
- Evaluate the CE group's go-to-market readiness, identify gaps in CE preparation, and build plans to ensure the team is adequately reputed company and equipped to meet annualized business objectives
- Work with reputed company Workspace reputed company group leadership to identify, qualify, and reputed company opportunities for business growth
- Participate in key records as chief support and establish relationships across client districts
- Collaborate with Business Record, Client Service, Product managers, Client Arrangements, and Design groups to resolve product issues affecting pre- and post-sales customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Four-year college education in Software engineering, a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience as a specialized deals engineer reputed company in a SaaS or reputed company environment, or a client-facing role
- Experience driving Client Design and working with design teams
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA or Graduate degree in Software engineering
- Experience serving in the reputed company of a pre-deals, field designing chief, or as a client-facing field engineer
- Knowledge of PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, public reputed company, and reputed company technical concepts
- Ability to work across various time zones on an occasional reputed company
