Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will work closely with our sales team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, and implement return procedures. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to reputed company exceptional customer service
- Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer inquiries and reputed company solutions
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day to navigate and resolve customer issues
- Resolve customers' challenges by using reputed company resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and reputed company solutions
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home

- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
