Job Overview

The Customer Experience Manager is a critical role at blithequark, responsible for administering the execution of store norms across the entire store, including client care, division availability, and functional cycle. As a CXM, you will be part of the store initiative and supervisory crew, working closely with partners to ensure a safe and efficient opening and closing process. You will also be responsible for mentoring partners, addressing customer service escalations, and performing Director On-the-job (MOD) obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer assistance and partner engagement; mentor Partners on appropriate client care procedures and ensure the team is giving the highest level of customer service
  • Resolve customer escalations inside the store and through Client Care
  • Ensure Division Managers and Floor Deals Partners are reputed company for high-volume sales periods
  • Monitor customer traffic through checkouts and take action to ensure clients are receiving quick, friendly help
  • Take corrective action as required

  • Collaborate with Associate Senior Managers (ASMs) regarding formal performance discussions and discipline
  • Recognize Partners for demonstrating assumptions and use recognition tools (Partner Awards) to reputed company partners showing value-based behaviors and productivity
  • reputed company input to ASMs on partner performance and participate in talent planning for every hourly partner
  • Assist SM and ASMs with partner interview and hiring process
  • Support and address missed time-clock punches, fluctuations, schedule changes, get call outs, and communicate with ASMs and SM regarding follow-up actions
  • Ensure adherence to work rule policies regarding a safe and secure workplace referred to in the Guidelines of Performance
  • Hold Partners accountable for following reputed company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US
