Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Agent to join reputed company in La Porte City, IA. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience, starting in November 2023. You will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, building customer relationships, and resolving customers' challenges using reputed company resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls
• Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment
• Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
• Resolve customers' challenges by using reputed company resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
• Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to commute to our facility from your home
• A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
• Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
